The service was astounding. Loved it. The rooms were perfect as well. However, I would've loved it if the room included a mini fridge and a microwave.
The hotel is definitely secure. Every adult needs to provide a form of ID to check in. The elevator requires a room key card, and the room requires the key card in order to get power working. The breakfast is very good, and there's a nice outdoor area. The rooms are nicely decorated and have fantastic showers. I would stay here again.
The staff was great! The food was tasty and filling! Clean, comfortable, safe, and downtown to wander around. Thanks for a great time!
The place is just good, yo will receive a nice service from all the workers on this hotel and the fact that is not a big hotel make easier for them to provide a good service to all their customers. About the location... Is very near to the airport like 15 minutes away, yo have 2 malls to choose and one of them is just amazing because it have a lot of stores and things to do like a cinema, gotcha, restaurants, etc. You're gonna love it.
King suites are very spacious, great people, breakfast and bar are awesome...good price.. stay there everytime i have a chance to travel to monterrey. We are always well received by Mario, and one of the shuttle drivers, great people. Recommended stay....Tacos around the corner are awesome too...
the place is good for the money, people (usually cheap people that think are rich) demand 5 diamond hotel services and amenities for under 120 bucks a night lol the hotel is good, shows a little age but its fine overall. Breakfast is simple but hearty, the staff is friendly and courteous.
